Additional seating: $55 per table for 8–10 guests. - 3 Additional Tables — For food, beverages, desserts, gifts, or event essentials. - 2 High-Top Tables - Black Spandex Linens — Included for all venue tables for a clean, modern finish. - Modern Amenities — Electric fireplace, full climate control throughout your event, upscale restrooms, and dimmable lighting. - Bluetooth Sound System - Multiple Smart TVs - Complimentary On-Site Parking — Spacious, well-lit, and conveniently located. - ADA Accessible Optional Add-Ons: Décor and customized event enhancements, vendor recommendations, and event coordination are available for an additional fee. No add-ons are required—celebrate your way. Please Note: The deposit includes a $10 digital payment fee, which is separate from the venue rental total. $250 of your deposit is applied toward your rental balance. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event date.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy A $260 reservation deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit includes a $10 digital payment fee, which is separate from the venue rental total. The remaining $250 is applied toward your venue rental balance. The remaining rental balance is due 48 hours before the event. Your date is not secured until the deposit has been received and confirmed by Social Hall Venue. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 6 months before the event will receive a full refund of the $250 deposit. Cancellations made within 3 months of the event are non-refundable; however, the $250 deposit may be transferred one time to another event occurring within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable and non-transferable. Exceptions may be considered for serious, verifiable circumstances, including hospitalization, medical emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the renter’s control. Documentation may be required, and all exceptions are subject to management approval. A 4% digital payment fee applies to credit and debit card payments. This fee is separate from the venue rental price and is not applied toward the rental balance.
